Corn on the cob. Sweet corn Cobbett’s boiled to perfection.

Pulled Chicken. A mix of white and dark meat, hardwood smoked and hand shredded.

Spare Ribs. Pork ribs rubbed with the chef’s own blend of seasonings and slow hardwood smoked .

 All of the meats are slow smoked by our pit master with hardwood  harvested right here the the Ozark Mountains.

Sliced Brisket.  Beef Brisket rubbed with the chef’s own blend of seasonings and slow hardwood smoked for a minimum of 12 hours.
