• Do you have a minimum guest attendance?
      Most minimums are stated on each menu. Depending on a number of factors, we will cater for less than the minimum but the listed minimum will be charged. 
  • What do you provide?

             On all of our non-banquet caterings we provide black vinyl table covers for the food and beverage tables, warmers to keep the food hot, utensils for the food, beverage containers, Ice bowl and               ice, bio friendly disposable plates, bowls, dessert plates, plastic cold beverage cups, bio friendly paper coffee cups, ketchup, hot sauce, margarine, sweetener and creamer. 





​​We do not provide tables! The customer is responsible for making  sure there is sufficient tables and space for the food and beverages.


 

  • What about the leftovers?

              You are more than welcome to keep the leftovers.  We do not provide containers for leftovers!

  • What is your policy for children?

              Children between 10-3 years of age are priced at 50% of the quoted price per person. Children under 3 are free.

  • How much time do you allot before you break down and remove the buffet?

              We allot 2 hours from the scheduled start time. Events that run beyond the 2 hour time frame may be subject to an additional labor charge of $25.00 per hour per staff member.

  • Where do you cater?

              We cater all over SW Missouri and into Northern Arkansas. All menu prices are calculated with delivery in the Branson area.

              Our definition of the Branson area is the following;  Indian Point road to the west all the way to the east side city limits of Hollister Missouri. 160 Highway to the north all the way to 265                        Highway to the south.

          Delivery outside of the Branson area may be subject to additional delivery charges.

  • Do you add gratuity?

              ​Gratuity is only automatically added on the platted banquet menu. On all other caterings we leave this up to you the customer. Any gratuity can be given directly to the persons working your                    event.

  • ​​When do you deliver and set-up the food?

           ​   It will depend on the type of event but generally we like to arrive 30 minutes to an hour before your scheduled start time.

  • Can I schedule a tasting?

              Yes. There is a $25.00 non-refundable per plate fee. If you decide to book with us we will deduct the tasting fee from your total amount due.

  • When is payment due?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              We require a 50% deposit due not later than 30 days prior to your event. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
