Platted Set down Banquet

All platted dinners include fresh cut garden salad and iced glasses that will be at each place setting. Ranch and Italian dressing boats, water and tea, salt and pepper shakers and condiment caddies will be on each table. Coffee service will be served with dessert.


Stuffed Chicken Breast.Boneless skinless Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and cheese, oven baked and topped with a white wine cheese sauce.

Chicken Alfredo. Tender and juice strips of chicken breast, tossed with linguine and our chef’s fresh made alfredo sauce.

Chicken & Rice.A roasted chicken quarter, seasoned with the chef’s special blend of herbs and seasonings, served on a bed of wild rice pilaf.

Chicken Chardonnay.Tender boneless skinless chicken breast, oven roasted and covered with a delightful chardonnay mushroom cream sauce.

Chicken Parmesan. Boneless chicken breast breaded in a blend of seasoning and aged parmesan cheese. Covered in a tangy red sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.

We provide black table skirt’s for buffet tables, roll top chafers for the buffet, china with linen napkins and silverware. Tea and water on each table. We supply salt and pepper shakers, condiment baskets and sweetener cadies at each table. We place tea glasses with ice at each place setting prior to the start of the meal. Coffee available on request. Our staff will buss the tables and clean off tables and food area upon completion. 

Buffet includes real mashed potatoes, roasted red potatoes, seasonal vegetable medley, seasoned whole green beans, fresh baked rolls, fresh cut garden salad and choice of dessert. Plus, two entrée selections below.
