Platted Set down Banquet

All platted dinners include china, linen rolled silverware, fresh cut garden salad and iced glasses that will be at each place setting. Ranch and Italian dressing boats, water and tea, salt and pepper shakers and condiment caddies will be on each table. Coffee service will be served with dessert.

We provide black table skirt’s for buffet tables, roll top chafers for the buffet, real look disposables with linen-like napkins and real look silverware. Beverage station with sweetened tea, unsweetened tea, water and coffee. Real look disposable coffee cups and clear plastic cold cups.

Our staff will maintain the buffet and breakdown the buffet area and clean up the food area upon food service completion.

Buffet includes real mashed potatoes, roasted red potatoes, seasonal vegetable medley, seasoned whole green beans, fresh baked rolls, fresh cut garden salad and choice of dessert. Plus, two entrée selections below.

All banquet pricing is calculated with  a 50 person minimum. Smaller groups may be accommodated but additional charges may apply.


All banquet pricing is figured at a maximum of 2 hours from event start time till the time we can collect glasses and leave. Additional hours will be billed at a rate of $15.00 per hour per  member of staff.
