The Sides

All of the meats are slow smoked with real hardwood by our own pit master.

Set-up fee includes delivery and set-up with chafing dishes to keep food hot, bio-friendly disposables, condiments, vinyl table clothes for the buffet tables, iced tea and pick up at completion of your even
